Summary
Volt didn’t think Eddie would’ve gotten this upset over him using his own money for once; Eddie paid for literally everything, but he was wrong. It was a mindless slip-up, an accidental tap of his card instead of Eddie’s when he was buying dinner while out with a friend, but it annoyed Eddie nonetheless. It was a rule of theirs, and it wasn’t a hard one to follow compared to some of the others.
“You always take care of me.” Volt pulled Eddie’s hand from his hair, placed it against his cheek, and nuzzled against it. “It was a mistake that I won’t make again.” Volt’s voice cracked, his body flooded with the pressing heat of passion, but Eddie could feel the sincerity in his tone. Though he wasn’t satisfied quite yet, it was a start.
“You’re fucking right, it won’t happen again.” His tone was low, dangerous. It wasn’t just a warning; it was a threat.

Eddie couldn’t see who he was talking to, but assumed it was Betty, perhaps even Ben Hwa, whom Eddie had seen leaving Volt’s bedroom a multitude of times. Jealousy tied like a knot in his stomach, and he felt he could puke.
He was going to puke.
Eddie dropped the glasses in his hand and gagged from behind his mask. Heat spread over his body, and he pushed through the club to the bathroom. He barely made it to the toilet and ripped the mask off his face when the vomit came out of him. Thick and heavy, a retched concoction of whiskey, blood, and flowers that choked him until they were able to be free from the confined orifice of his throat.
Eddie fell to his knees and stared at the petals and blood in the toilet bowl. This wasn’t how things were supposed to go. How could this happen to Eddie of all people? It was no secret to him who he was in love with, but everyone around him was none the wiser. He had to keep it that way. Groaning, Eddie pulled himself off and leaned against the wall. He heard Volt back on the stage outside on the main floor and huffed to himself.

He plated their pancakes happily, a small smile hanging on his face. It was a simple pleasure to be able to take care of Volt after Volt had taken care of him for so long. Eddie first set the toppings in front of Volt: strawberries, bananas, blueberries, whipped cream, and maple syrup, before setting down their pancakes. Volt tapped his feet happily against the floor and slightly shrugged the blanket off his shoulders, letting it settle against the back of the chair. He took in the shapes of the pancakes, his smile growing with each one.

Did someone say fluff? I've put these boys through enough recently, so here they are having a small. domestic, slice of life morning. They deserve it. This is post canon and post realization where Eddie and Volt are humans, but it's not that big of a plot point. I hope y'all enjoy!

Volt’s kisses were electric, and he felt sparks bouncing off of Volt’s tongue and onto him. Volt pulled away and started trailing kisses down his jawline before settling on his neck, biting and sucking like his life depended on it. Eddie felt Volt’s member pushing into his thigh and ground against him. Volt moaned against Eddie’s throat, but quickly composed himself. He kissed him one last time before pulling away to stare down at him.
“Do you think you’re in control right now?” Volt’s eyes and voice were heavy with lust. He pushed his hips into Eddie’s, brushing their bulges against each other. A soft smile settled on his face, but his eyes were hungry and devilish. It sent chills down Eddie’s spine in the best possible way.
“Do you think you are?” Eddie asked back, a smirk tugging at his lips. Eddie wasn’t a fool; he knew what Volt was doing, but teasing him was half the fun. Volt smirked and used his free hand to snake up and wrap around Eddie’s throat. Eddie’s eyes fluttered, and any tension in his body relaxed. He sighed softly, making Volt smile down at him lovingly. Volt knew all the tricks to make Eddie melt in the palm of his hand.
