Summary
Skyla Rowan has had a pretty tough time as a teenager so far.
In the course of 3 years, her father got electrocuted, and her older sister was placed in the Hunger Games.
Could life get any worse? Yes. Of course it can.
At the age of fourteen, Skyla is the lucky winner of the draw to be the female tribute of the 100th Hunger Games for District Five. And plus, it's a Quarter Quell.
She doesn't have very high hopes for winning the games, but in order for a friend to survive, she has to.
But when it comes to the Capitol, nothing is easy.

Summary
Adelaide had a rough childhood, but recently she had gotten lucky. She had a wonderful girlfriend and a definitely legal job (it paid well though, so who cares)
Of course she just happened to live in a dystopian world with a not-so-nice government, the Capitol.
And on top of that she just had to be drawn to be Districts 6's female tribute for the 100th Hunger Games.
To make matters even worse, the 100th Hunger Games was a Quarter Quell, so who knows what's going to happen to her?
But she decides to push through it all, and you never know, she might just win.
