Two former foes combined as one suddenly appear at The Beach House. Steven and Lapis put an end to Terraforming other worlds. A graduation party, Steven helps Bismuth act casual.

Ruby hated wanting things. Ruby hated liking things, even, hated the way that she watched Aquamarine’s wings flap and desperately missed the feeling of flying. Ruby hated the way that she liked being around Aquamarine, that she liked taking orders again and liked just being around another gem. Ruby hated the way that she liked Aquamarine, even though they were always at each other’s throats.
Ruby hated that she wanted to be fused again.

After retreating from Beach City and settling in an abandoned building to lick their wounds, Eyeball can't get around the fact that she wants to be Bluebird Azurite again.
