Summary
Ever since the defeat of MaloMyotismon, the Chosen Children thought that the Digital World (and their own) was safe from harm. Little did they know, deep within the Digital World's code, a Digimon was brewing, growing and stretching over the world they came to love. Now, it's power is infecting the world, darkening it and turning the Digimon into Glitch version of themselves, and not even the Original Chosen Children can figure out how to fight against this new enemy.
With the arrival of University student, Carter, Digital Design trainee, Jomei, the mysterious yet knowing, Jaycee, and Laney, the girl who can see the Digital World from the Real World, the answers to this creature's identity and powers may be revealed yet. But can this new set of DigiDestined figure out their true connection to this Digital creature, or will they (along with the others) watch the Digital World become a corrupted mass of data?
