Summary
Six students meet in detention. None of them are who they expected to be. Riz, a cleric who's never believed in anything but questioning everything; Kristen, a fighter who was never a chosen one. Gorgug, a wizard living up to a role he doesn't feel smart enough for; Adaine, whose hands are bloodied as fear turns to anger. Fig, who's going to sneak out of Aguefort, and home, as many times as possible. And Fabian, who honestly just wandered into a wrong classroom.
