Oroku Leonardo had been abandoned by his father, Oroku Saki, in Costa Rica for the past ten years. He was eight when he last saw his father and his sister, Karai. Yet his training never stopped. Even though he had lost his father and his master, he had gained a new challenge: survival.
Survival, though, was quite hard falling out of plane. Ten minutes after waking from an unconscious state.

Hamato Raphael was one of three brothers. They were all adopted by Hamato Yoshi. Splinter -- as they liked to call him -- was pushing his late 50s, yet he could beat the fuck out of anybody in a fight. He taught the boys how to defend themselves, and took a keen interest in their fighting abilities.
Raph was the most invested. Donnie and Mikey loved learning the art of ninjitsu from their father too, but not as passionately as Raph. He knows so, because Donnie and Mikey don't have a secret vigilante persona like he does.

Summary
During his two year journey alone Leonardo finds himself coming face to face with an unwanted welcome and he's taken to western Honduras, along the borderlines of Guatemala. Lost and eager to return to Costa Rica, he stumbles upon a lost ancient city frozen in time, in which a presence seems to call out to him.
Reaching out a hand to unknowingly and unwillingly offer his aid to the calls for help, he begins an unlikely alliance with not only a fabled God, but a village of his loyal followers. Who, in a turn of events, believe Leonardo to be the deity himself in the flesh.
Now he's found himself in a predicament where he's worshipped for a role that isn't his own, befriended by the only people who can help him though this troubling endeavour, all while he has to figure out just what this great God wants from him.
Because he only wants to return to his legacy back in Costa Rica, but it seems he has a duty to carry out first before he can go anywhere, whether he wants to or not.

Indefinite Hiatus
Leonardo didn't return from his leadership training in Central America when he promised he would. After sending a brief letter addressed only to Master Splinter weeks after he should have returned, Leonardo stopped contacting his family altogether. After a full year he finally returns to NYC. Unfortunately, his fun loving and happy mate has changed for the worse during his absence and feels betrayed by the ninja leader's decision to stay away. Will Leo's lie lose him his relationship with Mikey? Will Mikey ever be able to forgive him? (Ratings will go up later!) 💔
