Summary
Waverly, Nicole and Rachel aren’t used to noise yet. Have gotten comfortable with a quiet, orderly life full of reruns of Golden Girls and knitting and journaling and books read; a queer little life for even the straightest amongst them. Are not used to toddler chaos, are only used to Wynonna chaos and even that is of a different variety now. Don’t know quite what to do with ‘Wynonna responsible if tired as a mother, now complete with loving partner’ chaos, yet. To say, there are adjustments to be made all around, each containing new layers they all must learn.

Summary
There were no signs of withdrawal or the itch for drink that he’d become so familiar with in his previous life. Wynonna had a light and airiness to her that almost made all of her movements seem weightless despite her ever-present lack of grace. He can’t remember a time ever seeing her like this when she wasn’t at least half in the bag. But when he comes out from the rest stop with his newly acquired soda and she suggests Miracles, Montana, her smile is brighter than anything he’s ever seen on any Earp, and he knows they’ve finally made it.
