Singularity:
In relation to Quirks: The Quirk Singularity is a concept postulated by Dr. Kyudai Garaki about the danger posed by Quirks becoming stronger and stronger with each generation.
In relation to Technology: The technological singularity—or simply the singularity—is a hypothetical point in time at which technological growth becomes uncontrollable and irreversible, resulting in unforeseeable changes to human civilization.
All For One was prone to experimentation. Kidnapping a quirkless child was par for the course for him, and more often than not his experiments would end in failure. He did not expect for this one to succeed, especially after the most recent child died three times and seemed to remain dead after the last one. Little did he know, this experiment was a glowing success, as he had managed to combine two types of singularity in one tiny, green-haired child. Although, really they were limited to the body of this green-haired child, and the villain would have no way of knowing what he had done until it was far too late.
