"I heard about this thing- this word, autistic, and I don't know what it means. Do you?" he relays the burning question, hoping she won't be angry at him for stuttering.
He'd heard that word thrown around, in public, by kids on the street, in the human shows. What perplexed him about it was that some people threw it at others like an insult, like the scouts that knew about his condition threw the term half-a-witch, funny considering he isn't even a witch, as it turns out.
Hunted Grimwalker au: Hunter contemplates some things. The first step towards tackling internalized ableism is taken.

Family was never a thing meant to be his,
