Its been an entire year sense last contact with anyone associated with the Splatoon, and 3 years sense she had even seen Marie, Callie, Or Inuo (Captain 3). Now Solar wants to live her life without them, trying to cut all ties with them for good. But as she'll find out, that will be easier said than done.

After the whole New Squidbeak Splatoon left for Splatsville, Agent 4 was entrusted with remaining in Inkopolis to make sure Octavio didn’t try to escape. But over the coming months, Inkopolis became deserted, leaving Agent 4 alone. Not only that, but Marie hasn’t been responding to their texts or calls. As time goes on, Agent 4 grows more and more desperate, and Octavio’s offers to take the pain away seem more and more enticing.
