Summary
Tucker was fine. His stomach scars and issues say other wise but he was fine.
(This is me needing to get this out of my system. Rewatching meant that I realised how fucked up the Honk Honk/Crunchbite situation was and I don't like how it was swept under the rug as a joke by the writers. I took a bit of creative liberty but here you go, Tucker finally getting some help. (and a boyfriend...) )

Summary
Eli Shane, his slug Burpy as his only companion, did not live happily on the Surface after his dad went MIA. He thought that maybe, to deal with pain, he had to make it himself. He could control it, make it work for him.
It took years, to realize how insanely terrible that idea was. And friends, to protect him when he encouraged the pain to swallow him whole.
TW: This is a story about Self-Harm and the struggle to stop. I am not a health expert of any kind, and if you need help, please call your local health services (like, in the USA, mental health hotline 988). Be safe: there are plenty more stories to read that may make you feel better than this one would. This is an artistic outlet influenced by my own mental health battles; not a clinical guidebook. Take care of yourselves.

Summary
Guilt; a main-stay of the hero’s journey. Junjie’s was quick-moving, when they were freed from the Goon, but Eli’s was a slow stalker, festering with every new adventure, and every new mistake he’s made. But he’s been ignoring it. There’s always been something more important to fight than himself.
Trixie Sting is a steward for the truth, and for justice. She’s insistent on the future, and helping the Shane’s. She placed her own past and future to the wayside. There’s always been something more important to fight than herself.
They need to face the hard truth - to fight for Slugterra, they need to uncover Shane secrets. And everyone else's, too. Whether or not they like it, the past is what points to their future.
