Summary
Freighter engineer James Dayspring is conscripted into the Temporal Cold War by agent Daniels. Something goes wrong and he finds himself in the mirror universe, where he is appointed to the centre seat of I.S.S. Starbreaker, a massive Lexington Class dreadnought. Tasked to lead a Terran task group during the Counterpoint incursion, our hero must evade capture by both the Federation and the Terran Empire to find a way home; survive shipboard subterfuge; do what he can to thwart the Terran invasion; and avert the destruction of Bajor.
