To Crowley waking up screaming. Every night.
He'd made a promise to his angels - never to allow anyone/thing to force him to rape them again.
But in promising that, he also had to be the one to remember, to stand vigilant, and be their protector, while allowing the ones he loved to forget.
Aziraphale and Gabriel had forgiven Crowley entirely before he removed the worst of their memories for them, but now he felt so alone. A fraud. Carrying this secret, letting his angels love him, when they should smite him, revive him, and smite him again, ad infinitum.
Even though Crowley knew the burden fell to him, he now wasn't sure he was strong enough to carry the responsibility - he was so desperately alone.
