Summary
The soldier kneels in front of Jeongyeon’s grave, the flowers she’d brought cradled against her chest as she bows her head.
Dahyun wonders how she knew Jeongyeon. Were they in the same unit? Had she been there on the day Jeongyeon had died? Dahyun is curious but… she doesn’t want to be. After all, would knowing really make a difference? Jeongyeon will still be gone.
