Summary
Jeremiah hates his job and what it’s doing to his relationship, but he shows up anyway because he knows it’s important. Family ties are a bitch like that. At least he can talk to Belly about it.
A rewrite of the scene on the dock at the end of 3x05. More or less canon compliant, a sort of fix-it that could be swapped in without changing much else.
Because I am craving more from Jeremiah’s perspective, more of his insecurities with his family, more of him and Belly being open and vulnerable, more of Jeremiah being disillusioned with work and that “boring-ass financial shit.”
