"A mixture of boredom, skill, prior training, and my fucked up mind, sir." - Major Harlan Kingston
The international hunt of six years for unidentified professional thieves responsible for five near impossible crimes has come to a finish. The Perfect Heists. The end of that painstaking search leads right to the investigator's house. That is to say, your career with the law can provide you ample opportunities outside of it. Not in corruption or bribery, but just simple thievery. Well, complex thievery in this case.
The case of Harlan Kingston, a man with possibly the most confusing resume to date. An exemplary soldier, an intelligent person, a Medal of Honor recipient, and the mastermind behind the series of robberies that made police scratch their heads for years. He does not operate alone. They are members of the military, intelligence agents, law inforcement, and even politicians who decided that they had the means, connections, and expertise to get away with stealing.
Cut off the head and the rest comes tumbling after, as a general rule. Such rules have exceptions.
