Summary
What would change in the FFXV story if a fifth member was added to the Royal Retinue? Given that the fifth member is female, a Kingsglaive, best friend to Gladiolus and unknown to all - including herself - the reincarnation of Ardyn Izunia's beloved...Would things turn out differently?
Well—this story explores those questions. It will follow the canon gameplay timeline, with additional explorations into Ardyn's past and some of my personal head-canons. Overall goal: A semi-game rewrite fan fiction to give Ardyn a happy ending.
