Summary
These stories are related to my writing entitled "Once upon a time." Each chapter is a snapshot of the life shared by Odette and Merante. The snapshots are not in chronological order; they will appear in a completely random order, depending on which one pops into my head first.
The story was originally written in Hungarian, and since I did not study English, it was converted into English by a translator. I apologize in advance for any errors. I hope you will still like it. -

Summary
My story is based on the 2016 animated film Leap!, and its two main characters are the two adult protagonists, Odette and Merante. The point is that I was rooting for Odette and Merante to get together, which fortunately happens, and although there are a few references in the film to their shared past, there are very few, but I was so captivated by their story, which is unknown to everyone, that I imagined a past and a little future for them in my mind.

Summary
A történetem alapja a 2016-os Balerina (Leap!) című animációs film, a két főhőse pedig a két felnőtt főszereplő, Odette és Merante. A lényeg, hogy tulajdonképpen végig drukkoltam, hogy Odette és Merante összejöjjenek, ami szerencsére meg is történik, és van ugyan egy-két utalás a filmben a közös múltjukra, de nagyon kevés, engem viszont annyira megfogott a mindenki számára ismeretlen történetük, hogy magamban összefantáziáltam nekik egy múltat, és egy kis jövőt.
Minden jog az eredeti alkotókat illeti, anyagi hasznom nem származik a történetből.

Louis was not worried, really. His wife was going to replace him for a week with his classes, she was in the same building as him and it was not as if the students here enjoyed to attack passers-by. Nothing incredible was going to happen.
Obviously, he had been too optimistic.
It was necessary for him to intervene even before noon, it was – almost – a new record… and it was not even Félicie this time.

After a long day of training Félicie, Odette retreats to the roof of the ballet school for some peace. To her surprise, Mérante is already there, gazing at the stars. They begin to talk, sharing their dreams from when they were young dancers. Slowly, the conversation shifts to unspoken feelings, as the two reminiscence their past. When a shooting star passes overhead, Odette silently wonders if this new connection could be what she’s been wishing for.

The brunette stared at the ruby shoes in her hands and sighed. Perhaps it was a sign. Odette had lost all hope, every shred of joy she held in her heart had been stripped from her over the years she spent as a handicapped nobody, forced to serve the Le Hauts for as long as her tired frame could manage.'

She existed for yesterday, for the promise her life held before the accident, the promise devoured by the flames.
