Summary
It’s difficult to make a life in a world where your kind - your entire species - are slaves. Where you’ve only heard of Earth in stories, and freedom is a pretty fairy tale. You’ve been trying to find your little piece of it here though. In your small ways. And just when you thought you’d reached your lowest low, when you couldn’t make it through any more, you caught a break.
It would not be easy though. An alien, the very species enslaving your kind, was the only way out for you. There would be risks, danger, death. But wouldn’t it be worth it, to have what you always wanted? To know not just freedom, but peace, security, happiness?
What will you have to do to get it? And will your savior be as willing- or decide the cost is too steep to seek his own ambitions?
