    The Heroes are losing and dying to Shigaraki and his wave of Villains and Nomus that are trying to take over Japan. Everywhere in the world sees that Japan’s Heroes are going to fall, including one secret Foundation, that in a quick decision by the Overseers decided its best to help out Japan by coming out of the dark and into the light.

    TLDR: SCP foundation decides that Heroes are falling at their jobs and decides to sent MTFs to help them.
