Micah acted like everybody's friend despite nobody liking let alone trusting him, forcing himself into conversations he had no say or part in, making no effort to conceal his mean-spirited and malicious nature.
Catherine Bell went unseen, unheard, and mostly undetected. If he were honest, Arthur much preferred that to Micah's obnoxious, never-relenting presence.
