Summary
Ben wakes up with the most awful hangover and no memory of the previous night. Cue Will with a memory potion.
Will smiles, pulling Ben’s hand over and playing with each phalange. “So, do you remember the rest?”
Ben stills. “The…rest?” As he says it, the potion works its magic and provides him with the rest. “Dear Death, please kill me now,” he moans, slumping against the headboard in defeat.
“You’re already dead, my dear,” Will helpfully provides.
“Then I shall beg Lord Death to bring me back to life so that he may kill me again!”
“I don’t think that’s how it works.”

“Let’s say any of this is true,” he begins. Perhaps indulging Regulus’ fantasies will convince him of the ridiculousness of them. “Let’s say this has happened before. Who says I’d want to remember it?” He certainly doesn’t want to remember what has just happened now.
“But you need to,” Regulus urges, still not blinking. He is perfectly still except for the movement of his mouth. As if he were in a trance. “You have to remember it.”
“Why?”
“Because it will keep happening. It will never stop.”

Sirius is not meant to remember his abuse.

She cast wards to keep the world out. He's willing to break every single one to reach her.
Hermione Granger is developing a groundbreaking potion that could take Legilimency to an entirely new level, one that would allow the drinker to access buried memories and restore damaged identities. Her research could revolutionize magical healing, but it also threatens to unearth long-hidden truths certain people would kill to keep buried. After an attack on her lab, she’s assigned a bodyguard: Auror Harry Potter.
Hermione spent years warding herself off emotionally and magically, devoting everything to her work, but Harry is the only person who’s ever truly seen behind her wards... because once upon a time, she let him.

Summary
[newly edited as of Feb '18]
Sometimes all it takes to change the world is one small, simple choice. On the night the Death Eaters attack Hogwarts, Hermione Granger makes such a choice. Her life—and her world—will never be the same.
By killing Draco, she saves Dumbledore and keeps Voldemort at bay for a little while. But evil never sleeps for long. When a Ministry decree forces her to marry Professor Snape—a cruel, cold man who’s apparently hated her since she was a child—in order to be used as a breeder of superior wizards, Hermione doesn’t think her life can get any worse. She’s wrong.
Soon, Voldemort’s after her and her friends (again), her life is in grave peril, and all her hopes for a future at all, much less a happy one, rest on her own shoulders—and on Snape, her unwanted husband, whose heart still belongs to a woman long dead.

Summary
He goes back to the Gryffindor dorms with a vial — one of his own, he wouldn’t dare to touch Snape’s vials, wouldn’t dare to steal from him — full of a transparent liquid, much like water. This would do the trick, this would end the pain he’s feeling.
He’s going to drink it before going to sleep. But… something. He doesn’t, halts just as the vial is inches away from his mouth.
He rips a piece of paper from one of his notebooks, writing down:
-Your name is Harry Potter.
-You were born on July 31st, 1980.
-Your parents, Lily and James Potter, died when you were a baby, so you won’t meet them.
-You’re a wizard.
There are many other things he doesn’t want to burn inside his head when he drinks the potion, but he doesn’t write them. These are enough.
He drinks the potion.
