Summary
Konoha and Iwa sign a treaty and agree to a "Genin Exchange Program" to foster better relations between the two countries. While it appears diplomatic on the surface, both villages use the opportunity to undercut and spy on one another. Fortunately, if anything were to go wrong on the mission, Haruno Sakura was just average enough to risk losing.
