Every year, the International Pokémon League hosts a conference for all members - Gym Leaders, Elite Four members, Champions, Frontier Brains, or trainers of equivalent rank. This year, Galar was randomly selected to host. Unfortunately, Champion Leon isn't the greatest at planning events.
