Summary
In DewyClan, the every leader is chosen by StarClan to carry out their sacred will. In order to continuously improve the cats of the clan, their leader is the one who decides who will be the ones to reproduce. StarClan then guides them as they choose which of their clanmates each assigned breeder gets to mates with.
This is basically just cat porn, but WITH plot ;) (minimal plot)
