Summary
Sam’s sounds aren't enough to muffle the telltale sound of a blade where Dean is. Both Sam and Meg quickly look in Dean’s direction, Dean staring straight ahead, stone faced. Meg considers her options; she could go over there, take the knife Dean was probably using to free himself, and then crawl back over to Sam for their fun.
Or she could just do this—
Meg shoves a hand out, and Dean is tossed across the room, taking a chunk of the post he was still connected to with him. He hits the stone wall with a solid THUNK noise, and while Meg doesn’t think she killed him, big brother is probably going to be unconscious for a good bit.
That’s fine. She wanted this moment all to herself anyway.
AKA that one scene in Shadows, when Meg was on Sam's lap, continued, and the consequences of it.
