Summary
After the failure of avatar Yangchen and the abandon and warning of the spirits, the leaders of the four nations attempted to appease them with the majority of public displays of bending prohibited and restricted to a few areas. This caused an increase of crime and vigilantism that managed to be controlled by the avatars up until now.

Fifty-five years after the one hundred days conflict, in an attempt to atone for his past sin, Zuko, the Crown prince of the fire nation, decided to carry on the last will of the avatar and turn it into his newfound destiny. Found the next one and train him for what’s to come in near future, the mysterious reappearance of the long-forgotten spirits, that could scourge the four nations.
Little did he know that his search would lead him to a very convenient place for him, the capital of progress: Republic City. A place where he will cross paths with two water tribe siblings, a playful air nomad (that maybe was the one he was looking for) and have a blind reunion with a certain someone that could help him reignite the flame of his heart.

Zuko hesitated like he was afraid to tell you. “Sokka... told me the closet was haunted. And that I needed to go inside and kill the ghost,” he sighed, defeated. “I guess I didn’t really think it through all the way.”
Of course, you snorted and burst out laughing. A reluctant smile crept up his face as he shook his head. “Are you going to be mad if I tell you you kind of deserve this?” you joked.
Zuko sighed, content written across his face. “No, I kind of do.”
