Summary
There is no Miguel Rivera who got cursed on Día de los Muertos, because there’s no Rivera family in Oaxaca – or any place in Mexico for that matter – that has banned music. Why would there ever be a music ban from a family that shares the same surname as Mexico’s star? Instead, it is a young boy by the name of Marco de la Cruz who gets cursed after being confronted with his family’s ancestral ban on music, winding up in the Land of the Dead, forced to search for his great-great grandfather. Thankfully, he isn’t alone, for he has the help of a charming rogue named Ernesto.
Join him, dear reader, in this tale of music, shoes and family.

Summary
“Do you care about your familia... more than your music?”
Héctor felt his every bone light on fire. As if there would ever, ever be doubt of that again, after all he’d gone through, the mistakes he’d made that led to a hundred years of misery, a hundred years of being unable to mend his wife’s broken heart, a hundred years of separation from his daughter. “Sí, Ernesto. Especially more than my music.”
A smile crossed Ernesto’s features. “Are you willing to put that to the test?”

Summary
Ernesto pays a dangerous price to get revenge on the Riveras for taking everything from him-and gets in way, way over his head.
Has references to "The Book of Life," but I don't think it's enough to really constitute a crossover. Contains a few OCs, and references to traditional mythology, because I'm a mythology nut. I'm also a gringa, so I apologize for any egregious errors vis-a-vis Hispanic culture.Series

Summary
They were just coming off the high of their sixth watch-through of Disney-Pixar's Coco... they were just coming off that high. They definitely did not expect to be falling asleep only to be thrust into wakefulness in a world that is really, really not their own. Not the culture, and not the environment... but most importantly...
“Uh... what exactly is it that I've supposedly stolen? Can someone please fill me in on that... because I don't know how to get home without knowing what got me here!"
Because obviously, they had to have stolen something... otherwise they wouldn't be here, right?
