If you looked closer, however, You’d see something a little more odd. Something protruding from her forehead, covered by a bandana. A stone, her namesake and her only connection to her mysterious mother. A green triangular Peridot fixed deep in her forehead.

Peridot is one of two half-human half-gem hybrids known, and for all of her life she hadn't known about the other. Now Steven Universe has saved the world, and the galaxy, he's more known, if only on niche corners of the internet, but now Peridot has someone like her to talk to. She has to travel to Beach City right away in search of this stranger, and hopefully she'll find a friend.
