Summary
All he can do is look upon the distant sky, hoping; praying for help to arrive. He reaches out his hand for the sun as he gets dragged deeper and deeper and he’s going to die. But he can’t – he can’t give up. The Fool keeps walking, even when approaching the cliff-side. Just before he passes out, he can see someone arriving from beyond the sky.

In the final act, upon the curtain-call, they will all dance around the fire, singing revelry for their Deliverer and the promised tomorrow.
