Summary
Fear. Pain. Then nothing. That's the last thing Branch remembered before he was eaten by the Bergan King after Poppy got them all captured, after Creek betrayed them all to save himself. The final Trollstice had arrived, and Branch was nothing more than yet another victim. He never expected to wake up again, after those sharp teeth tore into his skull, yet he did.
Seven years earlier, in his Bunker alone, Branch wakes with the knowledge of death. He was given a second chance to change things, and he sure as hell is not going to waste it. He'll get his adoptive family to believe him, one way or another. But someone else remembers being eaten as well, the question is, can they be trusted after all they've done?
