Summary
When Zagreus finally defeats his father to escape the underworld, instead of finding his mother in a hidden-away cottage, he finds an exiled witch on her island. When Circe is banished to Aiaíā, she was prepared for loneliness and isolation, not the kind gaze of the prince of the underworld.
Basically, I just want Circe to be loved, and Zagreus is literally perfect for her. I have an actual plot brewing, so stayed tuned.

Summary
Inspired by the Prometheus scene in Circe by Madeline Miller. How did Prometheus return fire to humans? Written in first person with an OFC but don't let that put you off 😬
‘Do you know me?’ he asked after a pause. I had not made a move, I couldn’t explain to myself why, and in fact I had turned to face him. He was not a tall man, and was built stockily. His hair was loosely curled, slightly unruly, and like his beard, lightly flecked with grey. His face gave the impression of a kind of weary authority; dark heavy-lidded eyes and a strong nose. He was handsome but not unusually so. His heavy gaze was both significant and strangely familiar as he waited calmly for me to respond.

Summary
On nights when no ships came, when her island home was silent but for the nymphs’ ignorable tittering, Circe dreamed of Prometheus.
“I do not think I will ever be hungry again,” he said to her, and Circe suffered and wanted both. His honey blood was thick and warm, a glimmer at their feet; it dripped down his calves like spilled wine running lush down the shapely legs of the gods’ finest table.
