Summary
Midoriya Izuku is Quirkless and helpless, according to society. The Japanese government thinks his family is only his mother; that's what his birth registry shows. For all they know, his American father is working abroad.
Izuku Addams loves his family. He has a stay-at-home father (who utilizes his trust fund very generously) and a mother who works for her passion (the hospital, where she gets to see so many terribly delightful afflictions). They both support him with all they have and his dreams to become a hero. That's where all the danger is, after all.
And Quirklessness? Well, a Quirk isn't the only way to be powerful.
