For the first time since last winter, Techno pulled out his fur coat before this walk. He didn’t need it. But he wanted it. Maybe for intimidation. Maybe so that he could grip its fibers tight so that his nervousness wasn't visible.
Logically, there was little for him to worry about. He was sure he was stronger than the fox, and he had his hunting dagger at his waist. But it really wasn't that, was it?

Summary
A rabbit, small and light golden in colour, blue eyes sparkling with the same excitement that digs into them every time the passing rains give their welcome, jumps around by the tunnel exit, head poking in and out of it.
They’re small, especially for their age. All the other rabbits of the warren are leaner, taller and have already earned their first few battle scars in encounters with The Thousand.
But this one? This little one is slightly fluffy, a bit of baby fat still clinging to them, a runt of its litter without a scar in sight.

Summary
There's a chill that comes with the changing seasons that Tommy hasn’t quite gotten used to yet. The night breeze that fights through the city streets seems to cut straight through his suit. The material was made for warmer times; if Tommy’s being honest when he started patrolling he never thought he would make it past the warm summer days.
His large ears fight against the pins that trap them. Each twitch sends a wave of pain to his skull, but it's better this way. Rabbit hybrids aren't a rare thing of course, hell they probably make up at least a quarter of the city, but he would rather be safe than sorry as he still stands out with his ear's unnatural golden color.

There they were.
He smiled at the pair of boys (no. Men, boys weren't about to give their life to their nation overnight). Not his usual, cocky, self important grin- no, smiled at them.
His freedom(s), his answer(s).
He didn't have to beckon them forward, or ask them to join him, they made those choices, on their freedom, off their volition.

Summary
Tommy is certain that he's a pureblood human, not a single mob gene in his body. Not that there's anything wrong with hybrids, they take up the majority of residents on the server, and some of their abilities he wouldn't mind having himself. He's proud to be a human, and a little relieved.
Until one day he wakes up, and everything changes. Oh, why couldn't everything just stay the same, and out of all things, why did it have to be a rabbit?
