Summary
It was the first time that the lady of the house had noticed you - properly that is. Not to insult her memory, or her in general, but you doubt she cared much about you when she hired you (judging by the flippant tone in which she conducted your interview). This - this - was the first time she had properly noticed you; and, it had been an accident.
Or, when you accidentally insult Lady Dimitrescu and she gives you increasingly impossible tasks (and gets soft on you in the process).
