“Both.” He decides.
“My good boyfriend answer,” George sets his hands on Dream’s chest, one resting over his heart and the other trailing up to cup the back of his neck, “Is that if you are someone that just doesn’t get the high, we’re still going to have fun. It’s still going to feel good. I’m still going to love doing this with you and you’re going to enjoy it, even without subspace.”
“Okay,” Dream breathes out, feeling himself start to smile. It’s a relief to hear that George isn’t hinging his enjoyment on that part of this, even if he knew that, really.
“And my honest opinion,” George smiles and squeezes the back of his neck lightly, tongue peeking out to touch his bottom lip. Dream’s eyes catch on it and he finds himself staring, breath hitching at the rough hold on his neck and the pink-on-pink of George’s tongue on his full lip.
“Your honest opinion?” Dream prompts, voice rough.
“You’re going to reach it and you’re going to love it.” George says softly, hand warm on his neck.
