Christine and Meg had been best friends since childhood and they defied the expectations. Everyone had expected Christine to present as an Omega and Meg to present as an Alpha. However, it happened the other way around. Meg had been on suppressants for years- but her prescription expired and she hadn't had the chance to renew it. Before she could, Christine's rut triggered her heat. They took care of each other, the consequences not considered until they became an issue.
