Summary
After years of assuming his father died during the Shlorp collapse, Korvo is shocked when his old team leader ( and father ) Rin Tin Torvo, arrives on Earth. But Rin Tin isn’t impressed. He thinks Korvo has gone soft, married a human-loving fool, raised “replicants with feelings,” and abandoned his duty to terraform. When Rin Tin tries to tear Korvo’s family apart and rebuild the Shlorpian dream, Korvo is forced to decide which world ( and which kind of love ) he really belongs to.
