Lance sure would.
In other words: Lance is a first-year sociology student, which means getting to know new people, and a fresh start. Which is good. He likes people. What's not so good is the fact that his roommate turns out to be this.. Weird, closed off guy that, despite not fancying him much at first, took a particular liking to the boy.

Learning that he was adopted into the family, he discovers that he might not be as human as he originally thought. He attempts to keep his life normal and he enrolls into Garrison to complete his dream. Who would've thought he would have fallen in love with a guy with a mullet, or that this mullet was some conspiracy nut who discovered his secret?

Taking a step away, he nods. “...yeah.”
The rest of her friends have followed her over, and they form a half-circle around him. Keith’s gaze jumps from person to person. His arms are weighed down—laden with bags full of produce, snacks, and the jug of milk Lance reminded him to pick up on his way out the door—and he holds the groceries squeezed to his chest. Like a shield.
A shield that fails to protect him from their eyes.

Keith felt his temper rise at Lance’s words, determination taking over. He lifted his glass, downed the remaining whiskey in one go, and pushed the glass into Lance’s chest before he growled.
“‘m not scared. Watch me win, Loverboy.”
Keith peeled himself out of Lance’s embrace and, with brisk steps, walked across the room, not slowing down until he came to a halt right beside Shiro.

Enter Lance, an unsatiable Siren who's had his eye on Keith since day one. He's dead set on making Keith his next target for a good time, but their dynamic rubs the wrong way more often than not. Believe him, he's got a collection of not fun bruises to prove it.

All the laws of thermodynamics he had memorized in the past hours left his mind to be replaced by a very familiar, very dear face, along with a twinge in his chest. He imagined the person smiling and the vacant hole in Keith’s heart only increased.
But what was the point of believing that the stars willed an encounter with someone carved out of perfection, if you couldn’t have them in the end? If Keith did have a soulmate, he knew exactly who that was, and destiny was having a sadistic blast with him, since it wasn’t corresponded, anyway.
