Summary
In a world of increasing heroics, the shadows our saviors cast grow longer and darker; within these shadows are the unfortunate souls, products of the destruction of conflict. Some willing and angry, others... Not so much. HYDRA hunts for its own superpowers after it's losses, and yet only three survived the experiments. The Maximoff twins, and one Rowan Venners - an unwitting pawn in a game previously hidden from them. Given powers beyond their wildest dreams, and thousands of forms to learn to take, Rowan goes from unwilling weapon of HYDRA, to a member of the very same group of heroes they were made to fight.
And, it seems war isn't such a bad time to find your people.
