After living together for long enough that they're all starting to get on each other's nerves, Blitz, Stolas, Loona and Octavia finally get this 'Family' thing down to an art. The apartment may be too small for four full-grown bodies, but the one thing that always fits just right is family support.
Until one Really Awful, No-Good, Bad day for the girls spirals into a fight between Stolitz, and even Blitz isn't sure where he went wrong with the apology this time. Good thing Octavia knows how to read her dads like those old books she grew up on.
She hands her dad her wallet, Loona kicks the bird and the lizard out of the apartment until they figure their shit out, and the rest? The rest is between Stolas, that hotel mattress, and Blitz.

Written for the Helluva Halloween 2025 exchange.
It's been four months since Stolas and Blitz finally talked things out and decided to give this 'committed relationship' thing a fair shot, and since then his Blitz has been frustratingly good at keeping his promise not to make things physical too soon.
Much to Stolas's dismay. He's tried everything to get his Blitz to Notice him, but no dice. Just as Stolas is about to give up on ever getting his hands on Blitz again, a Halloween night spent watching cheesy old B-movies changes everything.
Sometimes the scariest thing is also the obvious thing; Honest conversation might be hard, but Blitz was never afraid to get harder.
