Summary
When a coded ledger leads Holmes and Watson onto a trail of counterfeit coins, suicides, and strange coincidences, they uncover a far greater game at play. Meanwhile, back at Baker Street, revelations of a more personal nature emerge: Sherlock Holmes, it seems, does in fact have a heart, and John Watson might be (just a little bit) in love.
Set in Victorian London and follows the Watson narrative.
