Summary
Dipper and Mabel Pines, twin brother and sister now twenty years old and already a couple of top-notch paranormal investigators. One such paranormal event draws their attention in their home state of California, a mystery pertaining to a mysterious pillar of light that appeared in the city, and not long after that, there were reports of three missing girls. Can the Pines twins help shed some light on this mystery, or will other forces seek to stop them?
And, as if that wasn't enough, they're constantly getting hounded by some guy sending them online request to investigate in his town called Gravesfield, Connecticut. Something about demons and witches and how he suspects a teenage girl in his town of being one. At this point, they don't know if they should call the cops on him or drive down so Mabel can smack him around personally.
One thing's for sure, there's more to these twins and these cases than meets the eye.
