Summary
It was one thing to have Saiki as a boyfriend, but suprising him? Nearly impossible. He could read minds, teleport, control fire... but all Kaidou wanted him to be is surprised for his birthday gift. It was the ultimate achievement, that's why he went lengths to keep his present under wraps until it was time. It was a good thing he had an active imagination to really shock his emotionally distant boyfriend.
