Summary
In which Harry Potter is sorted into Hufflepuff and spends most of the year attempting to figure out what Quidditch is. This is of course, not to try to impress Cedric Diggory who is the first person older than him who didn't have any real obligations to be nice to him but did it anyway.
I recommend reading this in order!

Summary
Professor McGonagall assigns topics in pairs. James and Sirius are paired together, and their topic is: werewolves. Minnie tells them, they should be careful what information they put into the presentation in order not to give Remus away. James and Sirius do what they do best: crowd-pleasing, a lot of jokes and some inappropriate comments that make Remus blush.
Or... the time Sirius and James gave a presentation on werewolves with accurate information, but everyone thought they were kidding.

Summary
“Yeah, I think I will ask her,” I say, with far more bravado than I feel. I’ve been rejected so many times by now that I don’t feel nervous. It’s something more like resignation. But Lily Evans is a woman worth the pain of persistence.
James Potter has a really good day.
