Summary
The Empress Mother, Amaya of Amrun, cannot wait for Lady Idis of Emyn Arnen to come back to Harad. She needs help: there are strange things afoot in the harem. Summary
Everyone is extremely dismayed when the Empress Mother has a fight with the Deputy Chief Eunuch and the Deputy Chief Eunuch leaves the harem.
