Summary
Set in a version of the story set after Chapter 5 of Two Songs and Three Serpents , where Jonathan isn't attacked in the street when he leaves Samahl's place and is never sent to Nevarra.
A week after they last saw each other, Jonathan and Samahl decide to take some time off from the buzz of the city and enjoy a quiet moment in the forest outside Ostwick, to help Samahl restock his herb stores for winter. Clumsiness and flirting ensue. Maybe also incantations.
