Summary
Having secured a generous contract with the Inquisition, bard Fidencio Frye makes the trek to Haven. Apart from some minor annoyances, as he settles in for tea with their lovely ambassador, he thinks things seem to be going pretty well.
Until he finds himself face-to-face with the Herald of Andraste, and is forced to confront the consequences of faking his death and absconding to Orlais a decade ago--in the form of the beloved cousin he left behind.
Andraste, it seems, has a wicked sense of humor.

He didn’t know if he could actually feel feel Jayce, but he knew that somewhere within this empty overabundance, Jayce was experiencing it with him. He could feel it all. Viktor felt Jayce’s fear as though it was his own, he felt is love, his loyalty, his pain, his desire, his guilt, his shame, him. Viktor could feel him.
