Summary
The only reason Morty tolerated and submitted to his repulsive monster of a grandfather was to keep Beth happy. When the light of his life is gone, he snaps, finding his way into a new life and leaving his past behind.
But does that necessarily mean his past would leave him behind as well?In the back of his mind, a voice keeps screaming, "This isn't over". And that voice sounds suspiciously like Rick Sanchez.
