Summary
Everything is just toony for Dayvie and Bill, living out a perfectly toony meet-cute.
Except C.O.G.S. INC is expanding, and looking to hire and upgrade cogs to be truly toon proof with mixed results. Toons have been going missing, and new hires have their own drama and personalities that MUST be controlled if there's going to be any headway in the ongoing war.
